Depending on how you use Zelus Fitness, we may collect:

• Account details such as your name, email address and selected trainer.
• Fitness and wellness information you choose to enter, including workouts, weights, steps, sleep, water, meals, cycle information, symptoms and progress.
• Progress and workout photos you choose to upload or create.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and working, such as device, browser and error information.
• Subscription and transaction status when paid memberships are introduced. Payment card details will be handled by the payment provider, not stored by Zelus Fitness.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalise your account, display your training and nutrition records, track progress, support you, improve the service, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Health and sensitive information

Some information you enter may be health or sensitive information. We only use it to provide the features you request. You choose what to enter and can avoid optional trackers. Zelus Fitness is a fitness and wellness service, not a medical record system.

4. Photos and device storage

Photos are used only for the progress and sharing features you choose. Some preferences and tracker entries may be stored on your device. Clearing browser data, changing devices or deleting the app may remove device-only information. Only share a workout selfie when you are comfortable with the destination app's own privacy settings.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may use trusted providers for hosting, account access, email delivery, app stores, analytics and payments. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service is completely risk-free. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal requirements and resolving disputes.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also withdraw consent for optional health information, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us using the address below.

8. Children

Zelus Fitness is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
